The factors affecting color box printing are:
1. Color box printing environmental factors: If the room temperature of the printing shop changes greatly, the flow state of the ink will change. The temperature and temperature of the general production workshop are controlled at (23 ± 5) degrees Celsius, and the humidity is 60% ± 5%. In addition, when using ink in winter, it should be preheated in advance to increase the fluidity of the ink.
2. Blocking of color boxes: Blockage of dots will cause the transfer of ink to decrease, and the color of printed matter will change. When blocking occurs, clean the printing plate with a solvent or a special cleaning agent, and take corresponding measures for the cause of blocking.
3. Color box printing plate wear: The printing plate wear will make the dots smaller and lighter, which will affect the ink load of the dots. As a result of plate wear, the overall color fades. Sometimes the abrasion of the white plate makes the amount of ink on the white ink insufficient, and the hiding power of the base color of the substrate is insufficient. At this time, the production of the plate should be stopped and the old plate re-plated. If the plate cylinder is collapsed by using the transition mesh wall, the plate cannot be deplated, and the plate should be re-made.
4. The rationality of the color box printing plate design: When designing the printing plate, we must fully consider the impact of the printing plate design on the printing process and post-processing. For example, the color of half-dots in the half-dots jump area is about 80% and 5%, so it is easy to be gradual and grading. Change measures should be taken in advance.
