The thickness of the PET sheet for transparent boxes is generally between 0.2mm and 0.6mm, and the commonly used thickness is 0.25mm and 0.60mm. Materials of appropriate thickness can be selected according to the size and application of the product. Note for use of transparent box products: Since PET products are prone to scratches, friction during use should be avoided as much as possible. When opening the package, you should handle it lightly. When removing the backing paper, plastic bags, wrapping film, and cling film used for packaging folding boxes, be careful not to rub the product. When PET folding box is used, it should be folded along the dark line, otherwise it will cause creases. PET folding boxes are apt to harden and become brittle in winter. Be careful not to use too much force. You can choose a suitable place for storage and boxing at room temperature. When the temperature of the hot-melt adhesive paste box is lower than 5 ℃, the phenomenon of glue opening is very easy to occur. After the PET box is packed into the product, it should be isolated from each other with softer things before packing, so as to avoid collision and friction with each other during transportation, resulting in scratches.
