Apple batch box is a kind of packaging product. After punching the film out of the folding box embryo with punching scissors, it is then bonded with an adhesive to form a box-shaped product.
The main raw materials for Apple batch boxes are: PVC material, APET material, PP material, PS material, etc. Adhesive methods include high frequency bonding, glue bonding, and clasp bonding. The advantage of high wave bonding is that the bonding surface is neat and free of leakage, but the cost is higher. Glue bonding is a common bonding method at present. There are two principles, using glue with its own adhesive force. However, this method has more water stains on the adhesive edge of the folding box, and there will be whitening or loosening.
The second is to use the chemical characteristics of the glue itself. This glue can decompose the surface of the folded film. When the two decomposed films are bonded together, they will merge into one. The adhesive surface is very transparent and is not much different from a film. Button nail bonding is punching and shearing the interlocking nail positions at the bonding edge. When bonding, the mutual nail positions can be fastened. This method has the advantages of low cost but easy loosening. The main reason is that more PP folding boxes are currently used. Machinery / tools include film slicing machines, punches, punching scissors, and adhesive heating molds.
