There is essential difference between bitmap and vector image editing. The size and clarity of bitmap depends on the pixels in the image. The more pixels each unit contains, the clearer the image, the smoother the mixing of colors, and the clearer the image. Of course, the larger the storage space occupied by image files.
The characteristic of bitmap is that the image is easier to imitate the effect of real scene in reality. Because bitmap is to edit the pixels in the image, its clarity and smoothness will be affected when the image is stretched, magnified and processed. This is the same as when the photos taken by mobile phone are magnified to a certain extent, it can be found that the pictures will become blurred. Bitmap and vector map are often used in various packaging boxes and graphic design. There are many editing software in these two formats, such as AI, PS, CDR, CAD, etc.
While the typesetting distance of PET plastic box is generally about 3-5mm, and the gap between two plastic boxes is at least 3mm. The typesetting distance is not only for printing, but also for beer. It is very important to place the beer pieces in the plastic box. If the positioning deviation occurs, the finished product in the later stage will have the pattern position deviation. However, it is impossible to achieve 100% accuracy of beer slice. In order to cope with this positive and negative difference, the printing copy design will take this into account: it will print a few centimeters more outside, if there is a little displacement, there is not at least exposure, which indirectly avoids the offset of the plastic box vision.
